A two-sided research tool for in-person comfort studies — one unified screen for the participant, live visibility for the proctor. I designed and built it solo after the same gap kept showing up, session after session.
One gap, two people, one fix
Worked across two disconnected tools — an activity tracker and a separate survey — two logins, two flows, one attention span.
Had no visibility into either tool — the only way to check on a participant was to physically walk over and look.
What I built: Waypoint puts the activity guide and that checkpoint's survey on one screen for the participant, and gives the proctor a live board of every session's status from their own seat.
