ORIGIN STORY
I'm a UX Researcher & Designer with roots in architecture, a love for fashion, and a knack for discovering the hidden details that elevate user experiences. My journey began in architecture, but it was during my time as a digital merchandiser at Ounass — a luxury e-retailer in beauty and fashion — that I found my true passion in design. This led me to the U.S., where I completed a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction.
I thrive in the research phase of product design, where I can uncover unseen user needs and craft data-driven, empathetic solutions. My approach is both strategic and meticulous, blending user insights with an unwavering drive to solve real problems through design. Colleagues say I'm resilient, collaborative, and a motivating team leader with an eye for detail and a heart for user needs. Outside of design, I find inspiration in captivating films, thoughtfully curated shows, immersed in music, or with a good book.
